Elara’s responses are generated in real-time and are provided “as-is” for informational purposes only.
5. Subscriptions and Payments

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Stripe to charge applicable fees. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. Depth Oracle does not store payment details; these are handled securely by Stripe.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including Elara and all related content, is owned by Depth Oracle or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
Content you provide to Elara remains yours, but you grant Depth Oracle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process it for the purpose of providing AI responses.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Depth Oracle may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your account data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
